Our policies:
- Items offered are subject to availability. In case an order is placed for which we do not have available stock, we will cancel the order and refund the money to the customers. We will not be responsible for losses if any incurred by customers due to such cancellation.
- Some items might take some time to be shipped and in such a scenario the customer will be informed OdishaWeaves team.
- Your browser may not support display of images.
- The actual colors/finishes of handcrafted products may marginally vary from the online display.
- Hand-made items are susceptible to slight variations in size. Dimensions are indicative and minor differences are possible.
- Please wash the products separately in cold water as some handloom products might shed colour .
- Silk products are to be dry-washed.
- Prices are subject to change due and are the sole discretion of OdishaWeaves.
- We as a merchant shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
- Returns and Refunds are only accepted in case of major manufacturing defect. Thread pulls are not considered as defect in a handloom product.
- No exchange or returns due to colours, patterns or fabric disliking. At times the image colour may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment.
- In case of return, a 360 degree unboxing video is a must while the package is being opened. Pictures of such products won’t be accepted as per return policy. To capture the video first the address side needs to be shown and then all the other three sides before opening the package.
- Avoid using sharp objects to open the package as it might damage the product inside.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after being dispatched.
- For returns or any other query, reach out to OdishaWeaves customer care number or odishaweaves@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Return pickup will be facilitated by OdishaWeaves customer care team within 3 days from date of exchange confirmation.
- Customers are requested not to return the products through any personal mode other than the return facility provided by OdishaWeaves as it may affect/delay the refund/exchange process.
- The product/s should be in original condition when returned.
- The product/s should not be used or washed.
- The product should have all tags (if any) intact and should be returned in the original package in which it was delivered.
- The refund might get delayed or not get processed if the returned product doesn’t meet any one of the criteria mentioned above.
- We provide free delivery for orders above Rs 3,000 to locations serviced by us. For orders up to Rs 3,000 we charge Rs 100 for shipping to destinations within India.
- For orders where the delivery location is not serviceable, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to us.

- Your account history with us including all billing information and communications, payment history etc. We maintain this in encrypted form on secure servers.
- We will process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary and permitted under applicable data protection law.
- We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.
